Pneumatic Conveying Systems

Pneumatic Conveying Systems: Faster, More Reliable.

The principle of pneumatic conveying systems is based on the movement of bulk materials through pipeline networks using air. The flowing conveying air imparts a pushing force onto the bulk material, allowing it to be transported along the conveying line. Pneumatic conveying always requires a pressure differential between the beginning and the end of the pipeline. Carrier blowers or compressors are used to overcome this pressure differential.

Advantages and Benefits of Pneumatic Conveying Systems

Pneumatic Tube Systems, which are used to rapidly and safely transport materials from one place to another within a closed circuit tube, can be designed and implemented in different sizes according to the requirements.

Pneumatic Tube Systems, which operate with pressurized suction or blowing airflow, consist of a pump, feeding mechanism, and main pipe sections.

These systems, which enable the rapid transportation of samples or materials within a facility, not only save time but also contribute to increased productivity.

Pneumatic Conveying Systems Usage Areas

They are warehouses, workshops, banks, railway wagons, factories, food processes, mining, construction chemicals, cement, plaster and granule production facilities.
