Principle of Operation: What we perceive as a fume, smoke or mist actually are tiny air-borne particles, the bulk of it smaller than one micron in size. That's why they penetrate so easily through most filters, contaminating industrial and commercial exhausts. Electrostatic Precipitation is one of the most efficient methods known for removal of sub micron particles from contaminated air. Electrostatic Precipitator acts as a magnet, attracting unwanted particles from the passing air, resulting in a clean and less odor discharge.

Construction

MDSJ Industrial Electrostatic Precipitators are built for tough industrial and commercial applications. Heavy-gauge housings accommodate heavy-gauge electrostatic modules which are the largest, heaviest and by far, the most powerful in its class. All units are furnished with safety interlock switches to prevent electrical shock. 3 " deep bottom with drain for collected contaminants is standard.

EFFICIENCY

MDSJ Dry ESP Model electrostatic precipitator is incredibly efficient. It will remove particles as small as 0.01 micron in size. Overall efficiencies (for all particle sizes) of99% or higher are common in our unit.
