MDSJ 's SNCR DeNOx Systems work by injecting ammonia or urea into the radiant and convection regions of a boiler to treat the flue gases, so the reduction reaction can take place. The reagent comes in contact with the NOx in the flue gas within a specific temperature range. For urea, this range is approximately 800°C to 960°C For ammonia, the range is lower at 500°C to 800°C.
MDSJ 's SNCR system has low capital equipment cost, and is extremely versatile. It offers economic advantages over the SCR systems when combined with other technologies. MDSJ s SNCR technology can be used in many industries including power, steel, cement, petrochemical, waste to energy, glass and many others
MDSJ provides the Selective Catalyst Reduction systems and has a sophisticated SCR honeycomb extrude technology that is proven in hundreds of installations for removal of NOx, CO and other VOCs, at power plants, cement plants, incinerators, glass furnaces, nitric acid plants and other industrial applications
MDSJ now offers the most advanced and optimized SCR catalyst modules that are based on ultrafine powder technology which controls the pore size, particle size and dispersion of active metal on carrier materials such as TiO2 and Al2 O3.MDSJ can provide high efficiency catalyst at a very low cost for your new project or replacement of existing catalyst. MDSJ provides complete inspection, engineering, removal and replacement services.
